The house is ~ 1300 sq ft upstairs and ~600 sq ft downstairs. The downstairs has some water issues, but we think they are resolvable. The upstairs mostly needs some TLC- paint, new light fixtures, replace some floor boards, new flooring in the back bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen and a bathroom overhaul. We have a new fridge and washing machine on its way today. Tuesday we'll know if a gas stove is feasible.
