Mac salad (as you'll find out if you watch the video) is included in every plate lunch here in Hawaii. Its also a staple at the deli counter. There's even a version called "Hawaiian potato salad" thats actually mac salad with some potatoes added. We're having Hawaiian potato salad for dinner tonight. I'm not a big mayonnaise fan, but mac salad is oh so delicious.
