Last weekend, the sideburnz and I completed a duathlon of sorts (biking and surfing). The biking event was a low key "all mountain" race. I finally found the results online- they had botched things up initially. Looks like I still know how to ride a mountain bike. Nice group of people and sweet trails. Mike P in the results was rockin' the Pugsley. The surfing was noncompetitive, but fun just the same.
My surfboard is still in the hospital- last sunday it crashed on to the desk in our living room. I'm going to head home now to do more repairs while the sun is still out. The epoxy cures with UV light. Pretty sweet.
